All the Fun Activities at Charleston Fun Park

There are a lot of attractions at the Charleston Fun Park, with our favorites being the go-karts! Plus, they have gemstone and fossil mining! Plan out your trip so you know exactly what activities you want to enjoy, and which are appropriate for your family.

Activities

Go-Karts: Race alone (54”+) or ride with a licensed driver if you’re smaller (38–54”); the passenger rides free!  This is my six-year-old’s favorite part of the whole park. He rides the double go-kart and loves trying to pass everyone.

Mini-Golf: Two uniquely themed 18-hole courses under Spanish moss, like stepping into a pirate tale. It’s voted Charleston’s best!  This is such a fun family time that even the littlest kids can get involved in.

Arcade & Virtual Reality:  With over 50 games, plus the immersive OMNI VR Battle Arena, there’s fun on every screen!  From huge claw games, traditional air hockey to modern video games, there is arcade games for all ages!

Bumper Cars, Motion Theater & Mini-Bowling: Classic fun with gentle crashes, thrilling movie rides, and tiny bowling for tiny hands.

A new outdoor play area for little tots to run around if they get overstimulated by the arcade.

Gem & Fossil Mining

Dig for treasures in the gemstone or fossil mining area—find sparkling surprises from deep underground! It’s a hands-on, nature-meets-adventure experience that’s perfect for young explorers.

This thrilling activity blends the wonder of discovery with the joy of learning—making it a favorite for curious minds of all ages!
