SUMMARY:Early Morning Bird Walk at Caw Caw
DESCRIPTION:Join us on one or more of our regular bird walks. Our trek thro
 ugh many distinct habitats will allow us to view and discuss a variety of 
 birds\, butterflies\, and other organisms. Spanning 1\,046 acres\, this re
 markable landscape was once home to thriving rice plantations in the late 
 1700s and early 1800s. Landscape alterations from this period contribute t
 o the site’s current habitat diversity and is a main factor behind the w
 ide variety of wildlife seen at the park. Thanks to decades of observation
 \, including bird walks dating back to 1985\, an astounding 274 bird speci
 es have been recorded at Caw Caw Interpretive Center\, making every visit 
 a new opportunity for discovery. Registration is REQUIRED and on-site regi
 stration will not be available. Gold Pass holders may register up to 4 spo
 ts total but must register to reserve all spots. Cost: The registration fe
 e is $12\, or free for Gold Pass members (up to four participants per Gold
  Pass)..
